The main structure of the exhibition and its warehouses were carried out using high-quality steel, ensuring the required durability and design flexibility required by major industrial plants.
High-quality metal panels in navy blue and bright red have been installed on the exterior facades, not only for their beauty and attractive modern appearance, but for their superior functional properties in thermal insulation and resistance to harsh weather conditions, ensuring the sustainability and efficiency of the building
Flooring: High quality, wear-resistant and easy to maintain flooring has been used, which is well suited for industrial and commercial spaces with heavy traffic, ensuring its durability and functionality. Ceilings and lighting: Modern and energy-saving lighting systems have been installed, with cleverly designed exposed ventilation ducts that give a modern and elegant industrial character, ensuring efficient ventilation and optimal lighting distribution.
The reception and exhibition areas were implemented with unique and bold designs, where bright colors such as yellow stand out in the floors and decorations, with walls decorated with hollow metal pieces that form artistic styles inspired by technical tools, which smartly reflects the nature of Masdar's work and creates an unforgettable visual experience for visitors
The project also included extensive preparation and paving works for the public site, in addition to the establishment of spacious and organized parking lots. This integrated external infrastructure ensures easy access, efficient logistics, and a regulated and safe environment for visitors and workers alike.
The internal lounges of the warehouses are designed to be spacious and flexible, while providing wide corridors for storage and easy movement of goods and heavy equipment. This flexibility in design serves Masdar's operational processes with high efficiency, and warehouse images show gypsum board and cement used in interior walls, ensuring durability and effectiveness.
